This company is fantastic! (considering the circumstances) We lost our Sadie May about 1AM on a Sunday. I had no idea what I was going to do as we were all distraught. I called PCS on Sunday and they actually came to my house that day. On a Sunday! Unbelievable service from this company during a time of family grief. The people at Pet Cremation Services are some of the most professional, kind, understanding, people I have ever met. We had an unusually hard past couple of years, losing several of our pets. PCS staff have gone above and beyond to help me, meeting me during 2 ice storms and 1 National Holiday when our pets passed at home. We lost our Boston Terrier-Winston, a month ago. We found Pet Cremations online and decided to try them out. We spoke with the nicest person, Shannon. She was so sweet and helpful. They came out the same day and got him. We did pick out a personalized urn so it did take longer to come in but we are very happy with it.

Our dog passed very unexpectedly on a weekend. They came out the same day to pick her up and gave us advice on how to keep her in the best condition until they could get to us. They took the utmost care of her and us, making sure to get even the smallest details correct. When we got our dog’s ashes back, they had the sweetest poem and other precious touches packed in the box with her beautiful carved wood urn. Super sweet people who obviously care deeply about pets and the people who are grieving them. Thank you.
